Are pets permitted?
Small pets are permitted at certain ARMC properties, under certain conditions. Contact your resident relations representative to inquire if pets are permitted at your property, and associated conditions or requirements. Written permission is required from management before moving the pet into your apartment. Visitors are not allowed to bring pets, nor may residents temporarily keep a pet for others.

How do I remove a name from the lease agreement?
Both leaseholders must sign a pre-written form releasing one resident from the lease. Their account must be in good standing. The remaining leaseholder will have to meet standard income guidelines before a revised lease can be executed. The vacating resident cannot be removed from the old lease until the new lease is executed.

How do I obtain parking stickers?  What do I do if I have a guest?
Parking stickers are made available to residents as part of the move-in package when you register your vehicle with ARMC.  Residents obtaining vehicles after move-in can register their new vehicle and obtain a parking sticker from resident relations. All vehicles on property after 11 p.m. must display either stickers or a guest pass. Guest passes are available from property patrol service during evening hours or from the management office during regular business hours.

How do I report a complaint about the property/neighbor?
ARMC believes in the resident’s right to enjoy the comfort and convenience of their apartment home.   ARMC strongly encourages good neighborly behavior among our residents. However, situations do arise that require the assistance of your resident relations representative. In such a situation, please contact us. If a resident observes behavior that is a violation of another resident’s lease, they should contact resident relations.  If you observe a violation of law, immediately contact the Charles County Sheriff’s Office and secondly, report observations to ARMC resident relations.

How can I transfer to another property or apartment?

What are the penalties for breaking lease?
ARMC understands that there may be life changes requiring a resident to move prior to the expiration of their lease. However, there are penalties if a resident breaks or violates a lease.  Breaking lease (vacating prior to expiration of  term) will result in the leaseholder being held liable for rent for the remainder of term of the lease, or until the unit is rented, whichever occurs first, and other associated costs and fees.  Breach of lease may result in eviction from the apartment home.

Do you offer security services?
ARMC does not provide security services at its communities.
